Applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. Once approved, you'll receive a call from your dedicated account manager to complete onboarding — typically within 72 hours of application.
Yes, a valid GST registration is required for all reseller accounts. This ensures proper invoicing and tax compliance for both parties. If you're in the process of obtaining a GST number, mention it in your application and we can work out interim arrangements.
Online selling rights are available to Distributor and Master tier partners by separate agreement. This ensures pricing consistency and brand integrity across channels. Contact your account manager to discuss online authorization after your first 3 months as an active reseller.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched stock can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Raise the return with your account manager along with photographic evidence. Credit notes or replacements are issued within 5 business days.
Absolutely. Tier upgrades are reviewed every quarter based on your average monthly order volume over the preceding 3 months. Your account manager will proactively reach out when you're eligible for an upgrade — including notifying you of the improved margin benefits.
No joining fees, no deposits. The only commitment is meeting the minimum monthly order value for your chosen tier. Branded display units provided to Distributor+ partners are on a returnable basis.
